Architectural Designs established 1984 by Steven Tootill initially an architectural design and build business comprising residential and commercial projects.

 

In 1995 the business became solely a private architectural design practice specialising in the detailed design of bespoke dwellings for both private clients and speculative developers.

 

Over the past 34 years architectural designs has had the pleasure of being involved in the detailed design and construction of hundreds of bespoke buildings throughout New Zealand.

 

Our past projects include residential dwellings, town houses, subdivisions, unit developments, terrace houses, apartments, childcare centres, schools, factories, warehouses and offices.

 

To this day we take great pride in our designs and look forward with a passion to our next project.
